We proudly ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Every order placed on gartengeraete-shop.us qualifies for free shipping — no minimum purchase required. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy items such as ride-on mowers, pressure washers, or chainsaws. These items require a physical residential or commercial address for safe delivery.

2Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders safely and on time. The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your location, package size, weight, and delivery speed requirements.

All shipments include tracking and full insurance coverage at no extra cost. You will receive carrier tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

4Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders for items in stock are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (spring and early summer), processing may take up to 2 business days due to high order volume. We will notify you by email if your order experiences any unexpected delays.

5Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeline from the time your order is placed:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (order verification, packing, and carrier handoff)
  • Continental US shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–10 business days total
  • Rural/remote areas: May require an additional 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, customs inspections (for accessories), or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping partner.

6Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to track your shipment with the carrier.

You can also track your order anytime using our Track Shipment page — no account login required. Just enter your order number and full name.

7Delivery Requirements

An adult signature (age 18+) is required for delivery of all power equipment including chainsaws, brush cutters, pressure washers, and ride-on mowers. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

For smaller items such as hand tools, accessories, and batteries, packages may be left at the discretion of the carrier if the delivery location is deemed secure. You can request a signature requirement for any order by contacting us before shipment.

8Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a holding facility within the carrier's holding period, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors or missed deliveries caused by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please note it with the carrier driver and take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening. Report any damaged or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gartengeraete-shop.us.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or secure delivery locations first. If still not located, contact us within 5 business days and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
